Allison Smith Company is looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to support an experienced, successful, and rapidly growing electrical contracting / engineering / technology firm in Smyrna, GA. We are seeking a professional who is natural at creating, communicating, organizing, and coordinating marketing strategies. Your role will involve promoting existing services, in addition to our evolving new next generation and technology-oriented solutions, with both our existing clients and new prospects.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating both internal and external marketing activities
- Organize monthly marketing initiatives and work with our external marketing agency to execute the production of deliverables
- Arrange employee events and internal marketing initiatives
- Help coordinate social media presence and website updates
- Assist with Allison-Smith technology product marketing initiatives
- Manage quarterly email marketing content
- Answers phone calls and respond to emails with a professional demeanor, integrity, and positive attitude
- Handles sensitive, confidential, proprietary information with discretion and handles incoming and outgoing correspondence with compliance to company policy

The Field Operations Coordinator aids with and facilitates organizational processes for all construction
site locations in support of the field operations department. This position plays a major part in the hiring
and onboarding process for our field personnel and acts as a liaison between new, current, and future
employees and field operations management. This role provides administrative support to the Field
Operations and Human Resources function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and
HRIS entry. The Field Operations Coordinator must utilize strong and professional communication skills
to work with a diverse construction workforce.
Education and Expirience:
- Construction experience is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in construction, business, HR, or related field and/or equivalent experience
- At least two years of related experience required
- Position related certification preferred (OSHA, PHR, SHRM-CP)
- 5 Year Paid Apprenticeship Program
- 1-3 years experience
- Construction experience
